The core axiom of Paradigm 6, the philosophy of Modern Energy and the Third Field: There is a dynamic force that binds the multiverse.

The Guild of Energists (GoE) joins the global energy community in mourning the passing of Gary Craig, the visionary founder of EFT. From his roots as a Stanford engineer to becoming a pioneer of modern energy healing, Gary's "open hand" policy changed millions of lives. We reflect on his profound legacy, the early support of The AMT (now GoE), and share a moving tribute from his daughter, Tina Craig.

Two energy exercises overturn the idea that happiness and meaning inevitably fade, revealing how consciousness and energy can make joy grow rather than diminish. Through playful, embodied experiments with gratitude, attention, and “nothingness” itself, Larkin Fouse shows that boredom is optional, nihilism is hollow, and meaning is not lost - it is waiting to be engaged.

Have you ever felt like you were "hitting a brick wall" with a problem that simply won't budge? Whether it is health, career, or a personal struggle, there is a point where we stop trying. We call this "giving up," but in Modern Energy, we recognise it as something much more dangerous: the systemic collapse of Agency.
